This page explains how to tell us about something on LockedFit that breaks our Community Guidelines or the law, how to send a copyright notice, and what happens next. You do not need a LockedFit account to report anything.
Email support@lockedfans.com with "LockedFit report" in the subject line, and include:
If the report concerns a child's safety, put "URGENT — child safety" at the start of the subject line. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
We have a designated agent registered with the United States Copyright Office to receive notifications of claimed infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2):

Please put "LockedFit — Copyright Notice" in the subject line.
To report material on LockedFit that infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the agent above including: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us find it (the account's @handle and the session or photo); your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.
On receipt of a notice that substantially complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), we remove the material or disable access to it expeditiously. If you fail to comply with all of the requirements of Section 512(c)(3), your notice may not be effective. If you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity on the Service is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under Section 512(f).
If you believe that material you posted was removed, or access to it disabled, by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notification ("Counter Notice") to our copyright agent at the address above. It must include substantially the following:
When we remove material in response to a notice, we take reasonable steps promptly to notify the person who posted it. If they send us a Counter Notice, we promptly provide a copy to the person who sent the original notice and tell them we will restore the material in 10 business days. We then restore it not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving the Counter Notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice that the person who sent the original notice has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Your name, address and the other contact details in a Counter Notice are passed to the person who complained; the DMCA requires that. If you knowingly materially misrepresent that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under Section 512(f). Restoration under this section applies where copyright was the only reason the material came down; material that also breaches our Community Guidelines stays down on that basis.
It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Notices we uphold are recorded against the account that posted the material. A notice we reject, or one answered by a valid Counter Notice, does not count against an account.
Law enforcement requests should be sent to support@lockedfans.com with "Law Enforcement Request — LockedFit" in the subject line. We disclose user information only where legally required or permitted and, where lawful and practicable, we notify the affected user.
