No Nut November workout challenge: 30 days locked
Every November, a lot of people take on No Nut November: thirty days without finishing. In the chastity community, plenty of them do it locked, with a keyholder holding the key so the decision isn't theirs to make.
Here's a better version: spend the month locked and training. It's a thirty-day project with a clear start, a clear end and a reason to get up on a tired Tuesday. Four weeks is also just long enough to see your first real strength gains.
The plan
The challenge has three rules:
- Hit your weekly target. Three sessions a week, or two if you are brand new.
- Run the same routine all month, adding a little weight or a rep each week.
- Log every session where someone else can see it.
That's it. No punishing 30-day burpee ladders, no daily cold plunges. Just four weeks of real training, done consistently.
Week by week
| Week | Target | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 2–3 sessions | Learn the routine. Pick weights you can do with good form. |
| 2 | 3 sessions | Add one rep to every set. |
| 3 | 3 sessions | Add weight to the lifts where you hit the top of the range. |
| 4 | 3 sessions | Beat week 1 on every lift. Then look back at the log. |
The routine
Use a three-day full-body routine: squats, a press, a row, a hinge and a core exercise, alternating between two sessions. Our beginner's chastity workout routine lays it out with sets, reps and rest, plus a home version with dumbbells.
Make it answer to someone
No Nut November works best when someone else is involved. The same goes for training.
- Have a keyholder? Ask them to set your weekly target and assign the routine. They'll see every session you finish. See keyholder workouts: how to set training for your sub.
- No keyholder? Post your sessions where others can see them. Committing in public is what gets most people to the end of the month.
Want to see where the challenge leads? By the end of the month, look at your log in LockedFit. Week 4 against week 1 is the best argument for keeping going into December.
Stay safe
If you're doing this locked, a cage that's fine for a week can feel different after three of steady training. Keep it clean, keep it comfortable, and if you feel pain, numbness or swelling, unlock and rest. A word on the hype
You'll read that No Nut November boosts testosterone, builds muscle or sharpens focus. The evidence for any of that is thin. The real benefit is simpler and just as good: a month with structure, a goal and someone watching. Use it to build a habit that outlasts November.
